Simplified Plan Management was founded by Aaron, who is driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. Drawing from their personal experiences with disability and those of friends and family, our dedicated team prioritise individual needs and community values in their work.
As a registered NDIS provider, Simplified Plan Management offers services that are deeply familiar with the challenges and aspirations of NDIS participants. Our goal is to simplify the complex process of managing your NDIS plan. We help you maximise your plan benefits, stay on top of payments and budgets, and manage your service providers effectively.

Who We Are
Aaron
Founder / Plan Manager
Aaron's journey began in 2005 after a car accident that turned him into what he calls a "professional patient" for over five years — navigating endless appointments and a complex healthcare system. That experience ignited a lifelong passion for helping people who fall through the gaps.
"I realised it might be easier to learn bookkeeping myself than to explain the nuanced needs of people with disabilities to someone unfamiliar with the landscape." Since 2009, Aaron has worked across the disability and healthcare sector — managing eight multidisciplinary international clinics, presenting research at venues like McLean Hospital in Boston, and earning a Bachelor of Science along the way. He is also a husband and father of two, which has deepened his understanding that support doesn't just touch the individual — it touches the whole family.
Simplified Plan Management is Aaron's answer to the complexity he saw firsthand — a service built to bridge the gap between financial management and the deeply human experience of living with a disability.
