The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan Management is a funded support that helps you manage the financial side of your NDIS plan. As your NDIS plan manager, we pay your providers, track your spending, and handle all the admin — so you don't have to.
Plan management sits between self-management and agency management, giving you the best of both worlds: the freedom to choose any provider (registered or not), without the burden of managing payments yourself.
And best of all — plan management funding is separate from your other NDIS supports, so it costs you nothing.

Get in touch
Call us, email us, or fill in our online form. We'll have a friendly chat to discuss your needs and management options with our team. If plan management is not yet in your current plan, we can explain how to request it or add plan management through the NDIA or at your next plan review.
We set everything up
We handle all the paperwork and register as your plan manager with the NDIA, including setup if you already have plan management included in your plan. If you're switching, you can nominate your own plan manager or move from a current plan manager, and we'll handle the paperwork for a smooth transition.
Your providers get paid
Share your providers’ details with us and your providers can send invoices directly to Simplified, and we handle them and the payments on your behalf.
You stay in control

Records kept for 7 years
Your plan manager maintains accurate financial records and receipts for up to seven years — so you're fully prepared if an NDIS audit ever occurs.
Completely free for participants
Plan management is cost-free for NDIS participants. The fees for these services are covered separately by the NDIS, so you can focus on your support needs without any financial burden.
The NDIS was established in 2013
The National Disability Insurance Scheme was established in 2013 to provide support for Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, ensuring access to the services and funding they need, and it is implemented by the National Disability Insurance Agency.
